MagicMenu LLC (“MagicMenu,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides AI-powered meal-planning tools, accessible via our website, mobile apps, voice assistants, and smart-kitchen displays (collectively, the “Service”).
MagicMenu participates in performance-marketing programs operated by Amazon Services LLC (Amazon Associates), Walmart Affiliate Program, impact.com Marketplace, and FlexOffers.com. Third-party partners may set cookies or receive pseudonymized identifiers solely to attribute clicks, sales, and commissions. We never request or store retailer login credentials. Clear FTC disclosures appear alongside every affiliate link.

We do not collect protected health information or knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Legal bases under GDPR and similar laws: contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.
We do not “sell” personal data as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
First-party and third-party cookies, pixels, and device identifiers keep you logged in, remember cart contents, measure engagement, and attribute affiliate conversions. Manage them through our Cookie Settings link or your browser controls. Some functions may break if cookies are disabled.
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, periodic penetration testing, and secure enclaves for on-device AI. No system is 100 % secure.
Servers are in the United States. For EEA/UK users we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected such data, we delete it unless a parent enables verified family controls.
External recipe blogs, retailer sites, or smart-device apps have independent privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
Material changes will be announced via email or in-app alert 30 days before taking effect; other updates are effective upon posting.
